2 corn tortillas
I jar of Macayo’s Mild Salsa
1 Bunch of Cilantro
Lightly brush tortillas with cooking oil and place them on a griddle at medium heat.
While tortillas head up, cook two eggs sunny side up
Spoon Macayo’s salsa on warm tortillas and place cooked eggs on top.
Sprinkle cilantro over both eggs and top with more salsa.
